Open only what you need to prepare.
I’m heading back the same day
Check the last departure and your final connection. The show’s end time is unverified; allow for exiting and walking to transit.
Screenings run at several cinema branches. Plan your route from the branch you booked.
Confirm the exact venue and entrance in map results. Recheck service times with the transport operator on the day.I may need to stay overnight
- Confirm your session and venue first.
- Check the actual route from the venue to the stay.
- Compare the total price, check-in time and cancellation terms.
I’m visiting Korea from abroad
Check the ticket-holder name and ID requirements first. Prepare internet access separately from identity verification; a travel data plan does not establish eligibility for Korean phone verification.
Residence in Korea and booking eligibility are separate. Review the booking conditions above for the route you can use.
If you get stuck booking
Which booking page should I use?
Compare account and identity requirements on the show’s domestic and global pages. Your country of residence or this page’s language does not decide your eligibility.
Verification or the Korean phone field blocks me
Check the accepted IDs and country-code options for this show. Fan-club verification and seller identity checks are separate. A travel data SIM does not establish eligibility for Korean phone verification.
We have not verified this show’s phone-number or SMS requirements.
Should I retry a failed payment?
Check your booking history and card authorizations or pending charges first. Ask the seller about the order and the card issuer about the decline before retrying.
How should I prepare my ticket and ID?
Check whether your show uses mobile tickets, box-office pickup or delivery. Confirm attendee name, accepted ID, entry time and the queue for your section. Keep ticket numbers and QR codes private.
A 403 error blocks the booking page
A blocked page alone does not establish a sellout or an account suspension.
- Open the global booking link from the organizer’s official notice and compare it with your old bookmark.
- If you are already in a queue, check the show’s queue rules before opening more windows or devices.
- If it persists, send the time, show name and error text to official support. Do not attach passport or card details unless the official verification process asks for them.
We have not verified the cause of a 403 error or a guaranteed fix.
