Privacy

Opening a page adds one cookie-free visit count. Only the page address, utm tags in the link, the referring site’s domain, the page language, country, whether the device is mobile and the time of the visit are recorded and kept for three months; IP addresses and device identifiers are not stored. Browsers that send Global Privacy Control or Do Not Track are not counted. We do not send usage counts from resources, show guides or product comparisons. Amounts entered for comparison are calculated in the browser and are not saved. Hosting may process request and security logs. Older read markers may remain in this browser until you clear this site’s data.

Sign-in and storage

Sign-in uses your account identifier, email and authentication information. We do not collect passwords. Supabase stores your nickname, posts, replies, inquiries, plans and email-consent history. Secure cookies maintain your session. Guest plans remain in this browser and can be imported explicitly after sign-in.

Artist support

Supabase stores your account identifier, chosen artist and support time to save your choice and prevent duplicate support. Other visitors see artist totals only, not your personal choices. Press the heart again or use Manage my support on FANOMENON to delete a choice from storage. Hearts do not affect the attention index or official rankings and awards. A recent request count and window start time are also stored per account to prevent abuse; these records are removed on account deletion.

Public posts and private inquiries

Posts, replies, photos and nicknames are public; email addresses are not shown on the board. Authors can edit or delete their content after sign-in, and the owner can moderate it. Private inquiries are visible only to their author and owner. Up to two photos are resized to JPEG at no more than 500 KB each and stripped of metadata. We store video links, not video files.

Optional email consent

Consent allows event updates, service news and affiliate offers by email. Joining does not require consent. The checkbox is off by default and can be withdrawn in My account. Recipient information is used until withdrawal or account deletion. Consent changes, timestamps and notice versions are recorded separately to handle requests and verify consent. Email delivery is not connected yet; the delivery provider and retention period will be disclosed before sending begins.

Retention and removal requests

Account information and plans are retained while you use the service. Request account deletion or removal of account and consent records through Contact. Deletion requests are currently handled by the owner, not a self-service deletion feature. Public posts and inquiries can also be deleted on screen. The service uses Cloudflare, Google authentication and Supabase. The database region is Seoul, but this does not mean all authentication and service processing stays in Korea. Do not submit passwords or booking codes. External stores and social platforms follow their own policies.
