Should I retry a failed payment?

How should I prepare my ticket and ID?

Check whether your show uses mobile tickets, box-office pickup or delivery. Confirm attendee name, accepted ID, entry time and the queue for your section. Keep ticket numbers and QR codes private.

A 403 error blocks the booking page

  2. If you are already in a queue, check the show’s queue rules before opening more windows or devices.
  3. If it persists, send the time, show name and error text to official support. Do not attach passport or card details unless the official verification process asks for them.
